We should be able to host both events in one location and not change buildings. Start with a seating arrangement that includes tables for laptops etc that can be changed into a theater seating arrangement. (and has enough free space to stand around and taking to each other) l
- My (Joerg Mueller-Kindt (Unlicensed)) personal dream location: Deutsches Technikmuseum, Kommunikationsraum https://sdtb.de/technikmuseum/service-vermietung/799/ (they offer guided tours through the museum after closing hours and the room has an outdoor area (9th of May could be warm). Probably the most expensive, asking for prices, but staff and location are excellent.
- Foo Bar: https://de.foursquare.com/v/foo-bar/576bf60e498e51b90b993f44 (Kreuzwerker's office building, I know they have desks, nices nice location).
- Event room is 650 Euro plus VAT for five hours, but they do not have a meeting room that is big enough for 30 ppl. Max is 12-15. Mindspace Krausenstraße: https://www.mindspace.me/berlin/krausenstrasse/ (Demicon, another platinum partner's office, 550 Euros, if I am not mistaken, have a pantry and large fridges, smaller workshop rooms and a very big room for the AUG, perfect floorplan, and we wouldn't have to change setup between events: Pictures: We have used this room repeatedly.
