Jira Service Management as an important datasource for your business analytics

In the presentation, we’ll discuss why many companies nowadays use business analytics and which data sources they include for a wider data landscape. We will find out If Jira Service Management can be a source of valuable information for the company, and what its data can be used for. We will mention which external reporting tools can be used besides default Jira reports, what are the benefits of using BI tools and how they can be easily connected to get instant Jira SM data. We will show examples of several Jira SM dashboards used by our customers and cover the commonly used KPIs.
