Marus Johnsson

Marcus has been working in technical customer service in Germany and Sweden for over 15 years, supporting global customers utilizing ERP-Systems, cardreaders, e-signature and eye-trackers in a variety of ticketing systems. He has been with Signavio for almost 5 years, bringing BPM to everyone. He will present how they are using Jira and Confluence to apply KCS in expanding their knowledgebase.
