Presenter: Florian Schink, Business Consultant
Florian works as a business consultant at the Communardo company in Hanover. He mainly advises customers on the topic of Change & Adoption for Microsoft 365 and always focused on the holistic approach of the customer. Also he develops a vision and IT strategy for the company together with customers in workshops. In his focus is also the connection and integration of other eco systems, such as the Atlassian world.
In the workshops, he uses his many years of experience in the corporate environment, knowledge management, suitable communication with users and knowledge of change management to move the customer as a holistic company to a new digital way of working and a new corporate culture.
Through his studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering and his practical experiences in project and product management, he have a wide range of expertise and methods.

Around 61% of knowledge workers have to access 4 or more systems. The two major software solutions from Atlassian and Microsoft can be found in almost every company. How can we use integration to achieve better usability for the user? I will take you on a journey, what solutions can look like and what current best practices are.
