Signavio and Knowledge Centered Service

The idea behind KCS or Knowledge Centered Service is simple: integrate the creation and maintenance of knowledge into the process of interaction (https://www.serviceinnovation.org/kcs/). The presentation will show how Confluence is used at signavio to implement KCS and to achieve this goal.

About Yade

Yade has worked in knowledge enablement for over three years. Creating internal and external documentation and support bases for foodora and generating the support database for Razorcat Development she gained a lot of experience with different knowledge management systems. Her latest focus is to improve the KCS process at Signavio.

About Marcus

Marcus has been working in technical customer service in Germany and Sweden for over 15 years, supporting global customers utilizing ERP-Systems, cardreaders, e-signature and eye-trackers in a variety of ticketing systems. He has been with Signavio for almost 5 years, bringing BPM to everyone. He will present how they are using Jira and Confluence to apply KCS in expanding their knowledgebase.
